OUR INVENTORY:
It is impossible to include all the art available at our gallery. If you are interested in a particular item or artist you do not see on this site, please call us at 281-528-9474 or email masonsart@sbcglobal.net as we may have it for you.

PURCHASING ART:
Many items you will see on this site are one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated, particularly so with paintings. These items are also for sale at our gallery location. We make every effort to indicate those items are no longer available but there may be occasion when we have not coordinated a recent sale with the web site. In those cases, we may have other items available from the same artist we can show you or items of like kind. In the case of items that can be duplicated we will let you know the availability time frame. We do have many items that are customizable. Thanks for you understanding.

RETURNS: 
Mason’s Gallery wants all its customers to be happy with every purchase. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 281-528-9474. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase call us within 7 days from delivery to receive an return authorization number for a full credit. There is no credit for shipping and handling charges and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item was shipped to you via free UPS, $10 will be deducted to cover this shipping. Otherwise, the exact amount on your receipt will be deducted. Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will receive credit for a future gallery purchase. There are no returns more than 30 days after purchase.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION: 
Mason’s Gallery does not share or sell customer information with any other business or organization.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 
Mason’s Gallery accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards on phone orders and in gallery purchases. Local checks are also accepted for in gallery purchases.

GIFT PACKAGING: Mason’s box, complete with tissue is offered free of charge. We are happy to add your personal message on a card to be included with the box.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Jewelry items are shipped at no charge. All other items incur a minimum charge of 15% of order value. For items $100 and below, insurance is included. There is a charge of $1.50 per every $100 increment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Purchase a Mason’s Gift Certificate in any denomination and we will be pleased to send it free of charge.
